No shade to Botox, filler, or any other cosmetic enhancement out there. I have nothing against them, and it’s very possible I’ll try them one day. But for now, I’m content with a simpler, more old school approach.
And to be frank, after spending the time to care for my face and body, do my nails, remove unwanted hair, and tend to things I consider non-negotiable, I feel refreshed, content, and ready to move on with my day.
Most of the time I spend grooming myself happens twice a week when I take a long shower, wash my hair, and do a full beauty routine.
The first step is massaging about a handful of this into my scalp, focusing on my hair line. I buy it at the grocery store, and it produces a similar effect to a clarifying shampoo, but doesn’t strip your scalp - it moisturizes and soothes it.
