Jen's curly hair routine

This is Jen.

I love her style (this is her Instagram). And her hair! I was so curious to know how she washes, dries, and styles it. Like, exactly how. And the products she uses.

So happy she was open to sharing all the details. Her routine is super low maintenance, but specific.

I love how she styles a low key pony tail: center part, still showing her curly texture (not brushed or slicked, more matted down?), and pulling her hair up at the crown for a little pouf at the back (I do that too).

Could you describe your hair's natural texture... how different does it look without product or styling?
My hair is so dry. Without products or styling it would be big and super super frizzy. The bleaching does not help this cause but I will never give up my blonde hair. I just like leaving my hair curly much more when it’s blonde (the whiter blonde the better!).

Does your routine tame or enhance your natural texture?
TAME. My hair just craves moisture. So lots of leave in conditioner and defining products. My curls are always there I don’t need curl enhancing products, just products that define and smooth my curls.
